Email Transition
Click1 email service ends july 31 - please follow the steps below
We are here to help every step of the way. Here are a few steps for moving to Gmail:
(note: you do not have to use Gmail - the steps are virtually the same for other providers)
Create a Gmail Account at www.gmail.com (or login to your existing Gmail)
Forward*** your Click1 email to your new (or existing) Gmail account:
Sign in to mail.click1.net
Navigate to Preferences > Mail
Under Receiving Messages, enter your Gmail address as a forwarding email
Select “Remove local copy of message” & Hit Save
Navigate to Preferences > Import/Export
Export a copy of your account (this will save all files to your computer for safe-keeping)
In your Gmail account, navigate to Settings (gear icon)
Click See all settings
Click the Accounts & Imports Tab
Click Import Mail and contacts
Enter your Click1 Email address
Enter your Click1 Password & Hit Enter
This should automatically import your emails and contacts (could take hours to days). If you experience any issues, please reach out at support@1tennessee.net
In your Gmail, set your signature to include some form of the following:
"Please note that my email has changed from [name]@click1.net to [name]@gmail.com"
We know that this is a nuisance. We apologize, and we are here to make this as seamless as possible.
We recommend that you do this as soon as possible in order to ensure your emails, contacts, etc. transfer over and that your contacts have ample time to adjust to your new email address before the @click1.net domain is retired entirely.
